Breakfast of  month!

Summer Time Breakfast

Summer fruit includes berries, peaches, apricots, nectarines, plums, melons, mangoes, lychee nuts, and fresh figs.

Select one of the summer fruit (if you are in warm climate) in season, preferably local. If not, then select a handful of black berries. Wash them carefully. Place in a cereal bowl, and consume slowly and mindfully.​ Enjoy with a cup of your favorite herbal tea or freshly made coffee.
