Structure of the Video

  • In the first 40 minute seminar Dr. Vie discusses life issues from questions posed by attendees of the live session. You are watching the replay.
  • Thereafter engage in 50 minutes of Yoga Asanas with USA Yoga Asanas teacher. Be sure to have a clear small space around you to stretch out during the practical session. You can additionally benefit from a blanket and pillows. Feel free to fall into a restorative sleep at the end.

You have access to this course for either 1 or 12 months depending on your registration.

Repeat the Video from 44 Minutes 

Feel free to repeat the video starting from 44 minutes if you only want to engage in the Yoga Asanas session.
